Compliance Statement

Munch. Play. Kink. (the "Platform") is an interactive computer service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230(f)(2). The Platform does not produce, create, or direct any sexually explicit content. All sexually explicit content available on the Platform is created, uploaded, and published solely by third-party users ("Creators") using the Platform's tools.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Creators who upload sexually explicit depictions are required to:

1. Certify that all performers depicted are 18 years of age or older at the time of production;
2. Maintain records verifying the age and identity of all performers;
3. Make such records available for inspection upon lawful request.

Creators agree to these obligations as a condition of using the Platform and by accepting the Terms of Service. The Platform requires age verification before any Creator may publish adult content, and terminates accounts where violation is suspected.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Platform is an intermediary host. User-generated content is the sole responsibility of the Creator who uploaded it. The Platform cooperates fully with law enforcement and removes content promptly upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice or court order.
